I'm a retired massage therapist so caregiving comes natural to me. With several years experience supporting adults & seniors in my own family, I'll be committed to you & your family's well-being. My approach is patient, compassionate, professional, & detail-oriented. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines & handling challenging situations. I prioritize understanding preferences & personal history, & look forward to earning trust to build a safe & comfortable environment. I'm here to help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, pet care, bathing, dressing, medication management, & companionship. I will use a ride-share service since I no longer drive, but if necessary I can bring a passenger along. I have some college education & past certifications in CPR & First Aid that can easily be brought up to date if preferred. I'm eager to bring my skills & dedication to your household to provide reliable care & peace of mind.
