It is my pleasure to recommend Karen. She cared for our children, mostly the 6 year old, but helped with driving and supporting help with a 12, 13, 15 year olds, for 18 months. She was reliable, punctual, and approached each day with a positive attitude. She actively engaged my daughter with play dates, creative play, outdoor activities, and age-appropriate learning. She helped maintain routines, including meals, driving, planned activities, school, after school sports, and laundry, and kept us updated if there was a different plan. She was open to feedback and working with us to change and alter schedules or meals. We are grateful for the care she provided to our family and would recommend her to any family looking for a kind and dependable nanny.
