About Karime

Hi! I'm a patient, dependable, and caring caregiver with a true passion for working with children. My love for childcare started while volunteering at my church, where I discovered how much I enjoy teaching, guiding, and supporting kids as they grow and learn. I later gained hands-on experience working at the NWA Children's Shelter, where I built strong relationships with children from many different backgrounds. Through this role, I received training in supporting children who have experienced trauma, working with children with disabilities, and helping kids reach new developmental milestones. I have experience caring for children of many ages and always focus on creating a safe, structured, and positive environment. I enjoy engaging kids through learning activities, play, and encouragement that helps them build confidence and feel supported. My goal is always to make children feel safe, valued, and cared for while giving parents peace of mind that their kids are in good hands.
