About Karina

I have over 10 years of experience working with toddlers and older children, and I truly believe that well-loved children grow into confident, healthy, and emotionally secure adults. I treat every child as if they were my own, with patience, affection, protection, and deep emotional care. My goal is always to create a safe, loving, and joyful environment where children feel seen, valued, and encouraged to be themselves. I have worked long-term with wonderful families. I am leaving my current position only because I moved farther away and can no longer commute to drive over 40 minutes. I am experienced with daily routines such as diaper changes, meals, laundry, arts and crafts, outdoor play, library visits, playgrounds, and educational activities. I am reliable, organized, adaptable, and a fast learner. I am CPR certified, fully vaccinated, have my own reliable car, a clean driver's license, and excellent references. I live in South Windsor, CT and will be available starting February.
