About Karley

I have several years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants to middle school, in roles ranging from preschool and pre-K teacher to registered behavior technician to now a speech facilitator for teens that need speech services. I've supported children with autism and other developmental needs, led early childhood education in creative arts and basic Spanish, and built strong emotional bonds with the kids in my care. I'm dependable, and hands-on, whether it's helping with homework, preparing meals or maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. My background in both childcare and hospitality has strengthened my communication, organization, and multitasking skills, allowing me to adapt easily to different family needs. I truly enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel supported.
