About Karly

Hello! My name is Karl and I'm Bay Area native located in Oakland. I have 8+ years of experience. I'm finishing up a long term contract that began as a nanny share and a year after starting, we became 3 under 3, as another baby was added to the share. Looking to find a great match of a family to support long term and grow with. I'm looking for opportunities to branch out and connect. I enjoy guiding little ones through difficult situations and feelings as they learn more about this big world. I'm very into emotional regulation and helping children process their emotions in a safe place with no pressures added. I enjoy being outdoors and being activity based. Music, art/crafts, hikes, parks, cooking, museums + I've worked for families with twins, three under 3, newborns-teens, as well as for families who need errands, drop offs/pickups, overnights, date nights, potty training, pet care and other household care.
