She cared for our daughter from when she was 1 yrs old up until she was 4 when she transitioned to preschool. From the very beginning Karol was dependable, attentive and skilled in supporting child development and transitions. She approaches caregiving with warmth, patience, and professionalism. She has a natural ability to connect with children through creativity and playfulness.

We miss Karol! We moved to a different state during the pandemic and wish we could have taken Karol and her family in with us. My son (2 years old now), misses her like crazy! Karol started with our family when my son was 4 months old and cared for him up until we moved a few months ago. She followed our feeding and play schedule, informed us when she felt things may have been off with him so that we could watch for ourselves, sent pictures regularly throughout the day, did activities to help him strengthen developmental areas, spoke to him in both English and Spanish but most importantly loved him! Once my son got older, she took him to the library, play places, the park, and set up play dates so that he could socialize.  She is truly a blessing, especially for new mommies who tend to worry more. She is patient, trustworthy, and kind. Karol is more a part of our family that a "nanny" and we think that any family that hires Karol to care for their child/children would be lucky!

Karol was an excellent sitter!! Extremely dependable, reliable and responsible. If i was in need of her services, I would definitely hire her again. There was never a moment I didn't feel comfortable with her watching my child.

Karol is a terrific babysitter or nanny.  I felt as though she cared for my children as her own.  She was not only warm, but kept them engaged by reading, singing, taking the children to play outside, etc.  I highly recommend Karol.   The only reason Karol is not currently caring for my children is because we moved. 

Karol was more than a caretaker for my daughter. She became family! Karol started working with my daughter when she was only a few weeks old and stayed with us for almost 3 years. She provided my child with unconditional love and care. The bond she shared with my daughter was nothing short of amazing. Karol provided our daughter with learning experiences, social interactions, and countless other benefits, not to mention that my almost 3 year old is fluent in Spanish thanks to her! Karol is a dedicated, warm and loving caretaker. Any family would be blessed to have her as a part of theirs. 

Karol is a very good nanny, my daughter has a very good relationship with her, always takes good care of her and motivates her to do and learn new things, she is very cheerful and always plays with my daughter, her main language is Spanish and she could teach others children the language.

Excellent nanny. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of childcare. Experienced with newborns and older children. Karol goes the extra mile to ensure that the children she cares for are learning and having fun. Karol is a Five Star Nanny.
