Karol has worked with our family for the past 10 months, and has been a wonderful addition to our lives. To start, our kids (toddler and newborn) love her, and Karol does such a great job making sure they are comfortable with her. She takes initiative to initiate play and activities. She is a quick learner and is able to follow routines and preferences, and happily takes feedback as a way to improve her time with the children. She drives our children to activities and has been a very safe driver. Karol understands what needs to be done and doesn't have to be asked to step in. She's also taught our daughter how to count and sing songs in Spanish, which is amazing! Our period of needing her help is coming to an end, and we are so sad to see her go. Our toddler will miss her her the most! We would recommend Karol to anyone with children, and she especially thrives with young kids.
