She has a calm, gentle presence that animals respond to, and she pays attention to the little details that make them feel safe and cared for. Karol is responsible, kind, and clearly loves animals. She makes sure Buckley gets plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, and she always treats him as if he were her own. We trust her fully in our home and with our pup, and it brings us so much peace knowing he’s in such capable hands.
