Hi! My name is Kashay, and I'm a compassionate and dependable patient care nursing assistant who has been working with children in the hospital since I graduated high school. I have a genuine passion for caring for children and creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for them to grow and feel comfortable. Through my nursing experience working in the pediatrics NICU and PICU, I've developed strong skills in safety awareness, patience, communication, and responding calmly in different situations. I understand how important it is for parents to trust the person caring for their children, and I take that responsibility very seriously.
