There simply aren't words to describe how amazing Kata is. She's loving, funny, dependable, thoughtful, creative, adventurous, smart. She became our son's nanny when he was 18 months and quickly became like family. He's almost six, and she's still family. (I always joked that she has to stay with us until he goes to college because she's always been that amazing in our lives)

I credit Kata for our son's independence, creativity, humor and KINDNESS. 

She was a steady and strong presence for us through the pandemic, ups and downs with work, potty training (!), and all the stages that a toddler goes through to become a confident kindergartner. 

People commented to me often about how amazing she was, and how intentionally she played with our kiddo at the park or around town. 

She's responsible, dependable, thoughtful. They went on daily adventures and she taught him so very much - not just about the ABCs or colors, but about life and what it means to be a good human.

Kata cared for our son for two years along with another little boy. Our son loved being around her as she made every day an adventure and fun. She is dependable, reliable and wonderful with children (engaging).  What I admire in Kata is her capability to find so many things to do on a daily basis that kept our little guy engaged.  He always came home exhausted from a great day. I fully trusted her care with our son and recommend her.

Katalina (Kata) was our first and only full-time Nanny. Actually she was with us more than full time. You can skip the rest of this review and simply know that she is everything you could ever want in a nanny for your children and your home. Save time and just contact her now, trust me.

She was brought in during a particularly stressful period to care for our infant and toddler girls. It was a sink or swim situation and she proved her worth immediately. Kata instinctively picked up on our household routines, schedules and nuances. I can't give her enough credit for how seamless the transition was. Our girls took to her instantly, literally with no hesitation. On Day #2 our toddler woke up saying "Where's Kata? Can Kata come over again? I miss Kata!" 

Her skill set is well-rounded in regards to everything ranging from caring for infants, toddlers, cleaning, cooking, planning, prepping, etc. She's always one step ahead. 

I hired Kata after returning back to work after leave.  She is such a pleasant person to have taking care of my little ones.  She would show up on time, would always have a smile on her face and would engage with the baby constantly.  The baby loved to see her face each morning and you could tell the connection was there.  She is attentive and caring.  Unfortunately, soon after returning to work I was laid off.  I'm beginning a job search now an hoping I can rehire as soon as I find something.

Kata is a wonderful caregiver. She has cared for our children on and off over the past 2 years and I would highly recommend her. She is always punctual, flexible, communicative, and engaging with the children. Whether it is taking them to the local park or area activity, she is safe, conscientious, and anticipates the girls' needs. Kata always leaves our home cleaner than she found it and tidies up from the day's activities and meals before I arrive home, which is incredibly appreciated. My girls still get very excited to see her and ask about her often. You have found a true gem!

What can I say?  Kata is amazing.   

Katalina has been with my two daughters (3 and 6) for two years.  We are blessed to have her in our kid's lives, and they both absolutely adore her. She is everything we could ask for in a Nanny, and we had a few other nannies before her, so we know how good we've got it with her.  My eldest is in 2nd grade and our younger is starting pre-school this year, so our needs are changing.  While our ideal would be for her to find a full time arrangement in Marin that would let us have our younger share for the afternoons, saving us all money and making her more, what we really want is for Kata to have a long term, stable dependable family that will love and appreciate her like we do.  She deserves nothing less.

Dependable.  Honest.  Trustworthy.  Kind.  Caring.  Easy-going.  Strong.  Funny.  Artistic.  Adventurous.  Adaptable.  Loving.  Just all around rock solid.  The only bad thing I can say about Kata is that my kids can't stay with her forever.

Katalina was AMAZING with our daughter!  She gives so much love, care, affection, and attention for the kids in her care, all through the day.  Our daughter couldn't wait for the days when she would get to be with Kata.  Given the issues with impersonal care that we've had with other care providers, Kata stands out as someone who truly cares about her kids.

For example, they make mud pies and pretend to be butterflies at the park; they go to the library and jumping jacks; they run around in the backyard and play with everything.  Kata has also taught my daughter a lot.  She taught her to count and to sing her ABC's at 15 months old.  She also taught her to say "excuse me."  Every day at pick up, Kata tells me all about the day:  how long my daughter napped, if she ate well, a new word she learned, or particular game she really enjoyed.  We love Kata!
