Katee and I started off as co-workers and quickly became friends. Katee is a hard-working, dedicated, and passionate individual. It was truly a pleasure working along side with her. She came up creative and fun lesson plans for the kids while incorporating new skill-sets for the toddlers to learn and/or practice (e.g. fine motor skills, manners, color/shape/animal recognition). Katee is truly passionate about working with kids and cares for each and every one of them. She establishes partnerships with parents of the toddlers in her room so they are able to work together and be consistent at school and at home. She is always on time - early in fact!
