About Kate

Hello! My name is Kate and I'm a former TV producer who is in the process of building my holistic healing practice. I have extensive training in bodywork / somatic & energy healing therapies along with mindfulness practices. I am certified in CPR and Basic Lifesaving Skills. My maturity and understanding of the aging process makes me a compassionate and present caretaker of seniors. I'm looking for a job that allows me to support others while making genuine connections. I like caring for seniors because they have so much wisdom and experience to share with us. In my spare time, I like to study things that support my healing practice. I am often taking new trainings and classes. I love to read, watch TV & movies, walking, along with ecstatic dance and yoga. One thing you should know about me is that I am incredibly organized and conscientious. My skills include compassionate listening, knowledge of the body, organization and admin. I am guided by care and compassion.
