About Kate

I seven years of K-6 teaching experience in both general education and special education and have helped many students bridge gaps in their academic achievement. If you have a student who is struggling to keep up in an academic subject or if you're simply looking for enrichment opportunities, I can help by creating a plan, making and tracking goals, and working with you, the parent, the student, and teachers to create the best outcome feasible. In my seven years as an educator, I have spent countless hours outside of the classroom doing group and one on one tutoring for students ages 6-15. I always look forward to a challenge and will do anything I can to motivate your student and make learning fun and effective.
