About Katelyn

I am a first grade teacher off for the summer with lots of experience in child care. I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old, an nannying consistently since I was 16. I have provided care for children from 6 months to 13 years old. I have my own transportation. I love animals, especially dogs, and I am CPR certified. I am a non-smoker. K-5 Reading Tutoring. I have been babysitting since 12 and nannying since 16. I am very passionate about education; reading in particular. I am able to tutor reading K-5, and math, K-2. One of my teaching philosophies is that relationships are the foundation of learning. Students learn best from someone then can trust and feel comfortable around. With that being said, I am an amazing relationship builder with both students and parents. I look forward to working with you! My skills include teaching early readers to learn how to read and write, helping early readers refine their skills, addition and subtraction within 120.
