Don't let my "experience" fool you! I have a 3-year-old son who is on the autism spectrum and he is my ENTIRE world. I'm also the oldest of 8 children who range in ages from 7 years old to 21 years old. I grew up helping my mom raise my siblings and have extensive professional work experience as well. I have worked in a day care, as a professional nanny, a child development specialist, as well as an RBT. And while I have extensive professional experience, what sets me apart is I truly pride myself on the patience and love I give to my nanny kids. I really truly care for them the same as I do with my son. I took a break from care. com while I focused on my education and while my son was in the most crucial developmental stages of his life but he is at an age where I have time to begin caring for other kiddos again. Katelyn has been extremely helpful with my two toddlers, ages 2 and 4. She keeps them happy and occupied while also keeping the house even tidier than it was when she got there! She is very proactive with getting them ready for the day, feeding them, initiating activities. The girls love spending time with her!
