About Katherine

Hi! I live in Hermosa Beach and I am in the final stretch of my Marriage and Family Therapy grad program at CSUN. I'm training to be a therapist for children, teens, and families, and I'm excited to support families while finishing up this last chapter of school! I've been nannying for 8 years and during my time at UCSB, I created and ran my own homeschool preschool, caring for 5 little ones under 4. Most recently, I've worked with a wonderful family for the past 3 years! It has been such a joy watching them grow. I'm reliable, playful, and bring a calm, caring energy. My background in child development helps me connect with kids at their level, and I have lots of experience with allergies and safety care. I'm available part time now and will have full flexibility any day or hour starting mid December. I'd love to connect with a family where I can be a supportive presence during these joyful stages life!
