About Kathleen

I take care of others as if they were my own family. Needing help comes with a lot of vulnerability, and I enjoy making genuine connections and gaining the trust of those that I care for by listening, helping them feel capable and empowered. I was previously trained as a CNA, and I am also a birth doula. although most of my work has been with pregnant women and families, I've helped my aging family members through different stages in life including surgeries and end of life care. I am mom of two little kids and I would like something more flexible and within school hours or the occasional weekend shift. Unique bonus quality is that I have an in depth knowledge and understanding of the hindu/indian culture and community. I can also cook most basic north and south Indian staples.
