Making a difference in someone's life is my passion. Im dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their well-being and independence. I find it incredibly rewarding to provide families with peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are in capable and caring hands. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and understanding. I strive to build strong connections with those I care for by learning about their preferences and personal history. I'm skilled in adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations, especially when handling confusion or behavioral changes. I am comfortable providing assistance with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication management, mobility, and physical activity. I have some college education, plus I am CPR and First Aid certified. I always follow the family's preferred communication method to keep them informed. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
