Kathleen has been amazing. I hired her in the Fall of 2018. She helped transport my daughter to preschool during the entire school year and also helped watch my daughter on my late nights at work, or on days I needed backup. My daughter loved spending time with her doing crafts and Kathleen was great at communicating with teachers at school when I could not be there. She would tidy up any dishes and she even cared for our little dog, who is old and needs quite a bit of assistance. She also temporarily assisted my neighbor with her daycare for several weeks. Communication is a huge factor for me and she always kept me informed. She is extremely reliable. She never missed her scheduled days to work and she was always punctual. Her work ethic is stellar and I am grateful for the help she provided us. We are sad she won't be available to stay with us but wish her the best! :)
