I am a current 3rd year PhD student studying Theoretical Mathematics at Ohio State! My goal is to be a professor someday. I am passionate about teaching math. I have over 7 years of experience tutoring students in math, ranging from kindergarten age to Calculus 1 students. I feel strongly that math is for everyone! It can be difficult at times (I've experienced math anxiety myself!), but sometimes it just takes having a concept explained a couple different ways for things to click. I am patient with my students because I understand how they are feeling, and I want to make them feel comfortable with not understanding everything right away. Curiosity in math is important and beautiful, and the confusion can lead to deeper understanding!
