About Kathryn

I'd describe my personality as fun, even-tempered, and patient. I like tutoring because helping students grow and excel is one of my passions. I'm looking for a job that has regular appointments. I can support a student's growth, and can build a relationship that will allow for mistakes of the student where they know they are in a safe environment to make them. I started tutoring when I was finishing my teaching degree. I worked teaching young children how to read and have tutored all ages and subjects since. In my spare time, I like to read, spend time with my family, and watch hockey, especially the Red Wings and Minnesota Frost. One thing you should know about me is I am patient and will employ many differentiated learning methods until finding the one that is successful.
