I admittedly have not WORKED with kids for many years. Through high school and college, I did a lot of babysitting, worked as a camp counselor, and taught gymnastics. Then I had my own children - I am the mother of 3 young adults, whom I raised mostly as a single mom. As a mom, I also had the pleasure of being an assistant coach for my daughter's Pop Warner cheer team and loved it. Fast forward - I was recently laid off from my Full-time job as a Graphic Designer and am looking to earn some extra money to help make up for the lost income. My plan is to hopefully find a childcare position for the summer and then resume my job search in the fall. I am open to continuing after the summer if I find a great family. I love kids and look forward to working with them again. I would also love to be able to support other parents who are in need of childcare help.
