Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. For the past three years, I've been dedicated to providing compassionate care to adults and seniors, and I find immense satisfaction in supporting their well-being and independence. My background includes a high school degree, and I am CPR and First Aid certified. As a caregiver, I offer respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands and shopping. I also provide personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular phone calls. Building a comfortable environment is essential to me. My approach is patient, calm, friendly, and empathetic.
