About Kathy

Hello, I'm Kathy - I'm 65 and just retired from Frederick County Public Schools. as a School Counselor I have years of experience personally and professionally. My resume is available upon request. I'd describe my personality as Confident, outgoing and fun-loving. I like tutoring because I like to be a part of children's growth emotionally and academically. I'm looking for a job that is preferably p/t but open to F/T. Ideally I would do after school care. I'm consistent and firm with routines and discipline. I like to have fun too! I have an excellent driving record. Since I have just recently retired from FCPS as a school counselor- I'm truly 'vetted' as far as my background. Tutoring was part of my duties as a School Counselor In my spare time, I like to ride horses, hike, swim and read. One thing you should know about me is that I'm physically fit and love children. My skills include Elementary subjects other than math. ( unless it's primary grades)
