About Katie

I was a full-time in-home caretaker for my elderly grandmother the last couple months of her life and was her primary caretaker. I did cooking, meal prep, housecleaning, shopping, dispensed medication, took her to doctor visits, oversaw her daily appointments with physical therapists, nurses, and hospice and provided companionship. I've been certified in CPR & am currently renewing my CPR certification. I'm also currently completing certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Corrective Exercise, Nutrition, Stretching & Flexibility, Personal Training & CPR. I have taught ice skating to children & adults at rinks in NH & MA and have taught skating, ESL, culture & media for 5 years in the US, UK & France. For the past decade I've coached adults of all ages on mindset, relationship, emotional, developmental, physical & spiritual skills, particularly with marriage, childhood trauma, & identity crisis.
