About Katie

Hi! I'm Katie! I'm a full time career nanny with 13 years of experience. I have my degree in early childhood education and specialize in the early infancy to preschool years. I spent some time in preschool classrooms before settling in my work one on one with families. I have assisted families from many backgrounds including some high profile so I can assure you the best in professional and communicative care. I'm a hands on nanny. I prefer no electronics. We will be outside rain or shine. I love to do crafts and sing songs. We love taking outings to the park, library, and omsi! I like to tell prospective parents that I treat my role as part of the parenting team. I desire all of us to be on the same page with discipline and how YOU want to raise your child. I do everything that involves the children's needs, including light household tasks such as laundry and clean up. I am a particularly great fit for families just starting their childcare journey with one or two very young kids.
