I scheduled a session with her for today at 12:00 PM. Unfortunately, she did not arrive for the appointment and did not respond to messages on Care.com or by text. I waited a reasonable amount of time in case there were delays or misunderstandings, but I did not receive any communication or updates. I hope she is well, but I do want to note this for future clients so they are aware. Reliable communication and punctuality are important for scheduling support, and unfortunately this experience did not meet those expectations.
