Katie was an amazing help when I needed her to help with mom and dad's place. She was very thorough and polite. When she started, she asked my parents what they were looking for help with specifically. Katie would mop, vacuum, help my dad with meals; he was fighting cancer and needed help sometimes with getting his food. Katie was extremely compassionate and sweet with my Dad and he loved her. Most times my parents were not there, so they gave her a key. There were never any trust issues. She came, did the cleaning and left. I would trust her with my home as well if I lived closer!
