I was raised on a small farm so I was constantly surrounded by and caring for various types of animals. I even used train animals to show at the county fair! I have learned to read their body language and how to make them comfortable. There's more to taking care of animals than just feeding and watering them! Neighbors and family members have hired me to dog sit, cat sit, and take care of farm animals from time to time ever since I was 10! I also spent a summer as an assistant dog groomer!
