About Katy

Hi there, my name is Katy. I have over 10 years of experience managing a licensed childcare center, where I oversaw daily operations, supported staff, and worked closely with families to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for children. I also hold an MBA from Pepperdine University and currently work in a remote, flexible role. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my nephews, ages 3 and 5. I love being part of their lives and supporting their development through play, routines, and quality time. I also have a 7-year-old German shepherd. Over the years, I've helped friends and family with their pets as well, and through those experiences, I've become comfortable with tasks like administering medications and IVs when needed. In addition to childcare and pet care, I have experience supporting elderly individuals with medication management, organization, and companionship. I'm available afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and happy to discuss specific needs.
