About Katy

Hello families! I am currently working as an elementary teacher in Pomona. I have completed my Bachelors of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies focusing on Early Childhood Education with Multiple Subject Credentials. I also have my Master's in Education concentration in Autism. I have been working with children since I was 12 years old, starting as a babysitter, then after school care when I was in high school and moving on to multiple preschools as an assistant preschool teacher working with children ranging from 3 months old to 12 years old. I have ample experience with children of all ages and I would love to work with your family! I am full of energy and I am very creative. I handle stressful situations very well, so I feel comfortable with most anything. I am more than willing to help with household chores, like laundry, cooking, and cleaning. I truly have a passion for playing with and teaching children. I would love to meet your family and become a part of it!
