About Kauser

She is an incredibly gifted caregiver and nanny! She helped to create structure, provide enrichment and encourage exploration that enabled both our daughter, and our family, to thrive. She is dependable, punctual, thoughtful and warm. She always went above and beyond for our family if extra assistance was needed within the household from being flexible with her schedule if needed to providing extra help around the house. She also created age-appropriate activities for our daughter, and was very hands on during play time, which our daughter loved. She is also patient with strong emotional intelligence that helped navigate those 'big feeling' moments and tantrums with kindness. She played an integral role in the positive development of our daughter, we consider her a part of the family to this day, and I cannot speak highly enough regarding her qualifications.
