We had a strange experience with Kavita. We communicated via email and had a series of conversations including a lovely video call interview. We agreed to do a trial run where she would come and babysit one school day while we worked remotely. She texted to confirm the night before hand. On the day of, she was a no-show. We followed up by phone, email and through Care.com and have heard nothing back. 2020 is a crazy year and so we simply hope she is okay. That said, the experience was odd enough that we wanted to share it with other parents.
