About Kayde

Hello! My name is Kayde (pronounced like Katie!) and I have always been passionate about animal welfare. Growing up on a family farm allowed for that passion to blossom, from rehabilitation of birds, turtles, and squirrels found on the farm to assisting with medication and birthing of cows, horses, and other various farm animals taught me useful skills to assist animals with the best care. Growing up I always had pet sitting jobs through neighbors and friends, caring for lizards, dogs, cats, fish, and even a sugar glider! Now I'm a pet mom to fish, a dog and a cat and am very familiar with common needs, behaviors, and care necessary to ensure a comfortable life for our furry friends! I'd describe my personality as positive, energetic and reliable. In my spare time, I like to take my dog to the park or the lake to play, read books, or spend time with my partner antique shopping!
