About Kayla

I relocated from Eugene, OR to Longmont, CO last November! I have experience working with a variety of ages, beginning as early as 1 month and as old as 13. Additionally, I have experience caring for multiple children at a time and with children on the spectrum. The past four years I have primarily nannied for babies between 1- 12 months. In this time I have helped with bottle feedings, developmental milestones (tummy time, sitting, transitioning to crawling and walking.) and food introduction! I am happy to help with bottle and pump equipment sanitation, children's laundry and bath time! I am a very active person and enjoy spending as much time as possible outside! With little ones I encourage play-based learning, reading, arts and games! I currently work for a wonderful family helping to care for their sweet baby girl, but I occasionally like picking up sittings. Kayla has been wonderful for our family! She’s able to immediately put both parents and kids at ease and Kayla did a fantastic job caring for my 3-year-old and 7-month-old on weekends. My 3-year-old is often quite nervous around new people, but she took to Kayla immediately— they had a ton of fun together! Kayla was able to meet the wants and needs of both my kids in a very calm and upbeat way. Kayla is moving to a new city, so we are sad not to have her as part of our care team because she’s been so wonderful!
