Hi, I'm Kayla, a compassionate and reliable nanny with several years of experience supporting children and families in both private nannying and school based settings. I recently graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Science and a minor in Psychology, graduating magna cum laude. My education has given me a strong foundation in children's social, emotional, and developmental needs. I have worked long term with families providing consistent and individualized care, creating age appropriate activities, supporting daily routines, and maintaining open communication with parents. I am certified in First Aid, CPR, and Basic Life Support and am trained in Conscious Discipline, allowing me to prioritize safety while supporting children's emotional regulation and positive behavior.
