Hi, I'm Kayla--an occupational therapist with a heart for seniors and hands-on experience that spans everything from adaptive equipment to afternoon card games. With a strong foundation in geriatric care and deep knowledge of ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), I specialize in helping older adults maintain independence, dignity, and joy in their daily routines. Whether it's setting up a safer home environment, developing strength and mobility plans, or finding the right fidget tool for restless hands, I bring creativity, patience, and clinical skill to every moment.
