With 9+ years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I am passionate about supporting adults and seniors' well-being and independence. I also provide hospice services, run errands, and offer dementia care. I've used a hoyer loft and a spryte to transfer residents My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I keep families informed through written reports and verbal updates, following their preferred communication method.
