I'm 19 yrs old & the opportunity to nurture and connect with children fills me with joy. My year of experience caring for children has solidified my passion for helping others and learning. I believe caregiving is a part of everything we do. I'm creative, empathetic, and adaptable. I communicate with parents via phone or direct conversation to ensure clarity and understanding. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules by explaining the reasons behind them, while still giving children autonomy. I enjoy playing all types of games, from board games to physical activities.
