About Kayla

We had the pleasure of working with Kayla for just over a year, starting when our youngest was 5 months old. From the very beginning, she brought warmth, positivity, and a calming presence to our home. Every morning, she arrived on time with a smile, ready to greet our little one with genuine joy and care. She was attentive, respectful of our routines, and always asked thoughtful questions to make sure she understood our preferences. Her communication was excellent, and she consistently followed through on what we discussed. She also played a key role in helping sleep train our little one for naps, which was a huge help during those early months. Although our older child was usually at school, she did babysit for him on occasion and handled both children with ease. We’re transitioning our youngest into daycare now and no longer need a full-time nanny, but we absolutely plan to have her babysit when we need extra help. She has been a wonderful part of our family’s life this past year, and we recommend her wholeheartedly.
