About Kayla

Hi my name is kayla! Im a household manager and child care professional. I love animals, crafts and outdoor activities . I have been in the childcare field for over 10 years in diverse dynamics. I was a lead preschool teacher at multiple schools as well as I worked in after school care. I also have previously worked with special needs children as well as the elderly with alzheimers and dimensia. I have extensive experience with multiple children of different ages as well as twins and triplets, different cultures and learning styles. I have a tremendous amount of love for children of all ages. I understand that every child grows and learns in a different way. I am proud to be able to provide patience as well as a safe yet fun environment for them. I am hands on and believe in a structured yet flexible setting for children to thrive off of consistency.
