Unfortunately Kaylee didn't work out for us. She was great in responding via this app and through texts in a timely manner and great communication. We really were looking forward to hiring her on after her trial date. But when it came to showing up to actually Nanny, there was no communication and she was more than half an hour past when she was supposed to show up with no arrival time in sight.
