Tried to set up orientation and care 2 days in a row. Both days, no show or response to text or phone calls until 3 hrs. and over 2.5 hrs. later. She asked for another chance on Monday. We declined. Then received a phone call with more excuses why she didn't show up. Made it clear that we were not going to hire her.
