About Kaylia

Working with children has always been one of the most rewarding and fun parts of my life. I love their energy, honesty, and big personalities, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each child while creating a calm, positive environment. In 2022, I worked as a nanny for a 9-year-old, where I focused on keeping them engaged, supporting daily routines, and building a strong, trusting relationship. I currently work at Jackson Walnut Park School as the Executive Assistant to the Head of School and also coach the cheerleading team for kindergarten through first grade students, so working with kids in both structured and high energy settings is part of my everyday life. Getting to know children as individuals and understanding their needs comes naturally to me, and clear communication with families is always important.
