Keaton is superb in every respect. I don't really know what else to write but here goes anyway... she is extremely communicative and punctual, she is always good-mannered, kind, and patient, be it with us or with our kids. she's always willing to take on any job with a smile whether it's something thrown at her in the last minute or something so gnarly that we would probably have left it untouched for months. she's flexible, and finally also worth mentioning that I think the quality of her output (how well she does things for us) is really high. so overall delighted to have met her, and to have her help us every single week
