Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is what drives me. For the past 10 years, I've been a Certified Home Health Aide, dedicated to supporting independence and well-being. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a friendly demeanor. I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history to build a genuine connection. I'm experienced in providing transportation, running errands, light housekeeping, and preparing meals. I also assist with mobility, physical activity, and dementia care, including de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. CPR and First Aid Training are current.
