About Kelsey

Hi! My name is Kelsey, and I'm an experienced childcare professional with a strong background in education and child development. I hold a college degree in Child and Adolescent Development and have several years of paid experience working with children in both classroom and one-on-one settings. I previously worked as a Transitional Kindergarten teacher at a private school and as a substitute teacher, supporting children across different ages, needs, and learning styles. I'm calm, reliable, and very comfortable creating structure while keeping things fun and engaging. I genuinely enjoy working with children and focus on building trust, confidence, and emotional awareness. I believe in positive guidance, clear communication, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where kids feel supported and parents feel confident.
