About Kelsey

Hi! My name is Kelsey, I'm 18, and I'm looking to organize care for parents around the holidays. It is a privilege to be able to take care of children. Trusting your children with other people is normalized in society with the need for childcare. But that should never diminish the importance of quality care. Knowing that parents feel safe enough to trust me with their children is an honor. There's nothing I love more than to nurture and educate children. Their smiles and pureness of heart make my day. In HS, I did an ECE program at TCHS Pickering for 2 years implementing fun activities with educational goals for individual students. Then, I started a work program where I worked as an intern at the YMCA. I experienced what it's like to work with children Pre-k and younger. I now work as a paraprofessional in an elementary school. In my spare time I like to draw, bake, cook, clean, and watch movies. I also love going for walks and grabbing a coffee!
