Hi there! My name is Kelsey! I am looking for my next position. I have worked with children for 14 years (wow) and have specifically stuck with nannying since 2016. I have experience with multiples (2-3 kids) and enjoy the dance of working with multiple kids. Currently finishing up my degree in child psychology. I am a firm believer in following the child's lead. These years are so short and I want them to grow in the way that suits them. I love to set up stations with arts, building blocks, sensory, and whatever else may be bringing them joy. I limit screen time to zero, and love a prelunch dance party. Daily outings around our neighborhood to explore is one of my favorites. Rain or shine! I have experience with baby led weaning, sleep training, and CPR+First Aid certified.
